Kids Central, Inc. (KCI) is a private, non-profit 501(c) (3) corporation and a grantee of the Head Start Bureau.

The Board of Directors is comprised of members, elected by the seated board, comprised of

Policy Council
The Policy Council is comprised of 38 members. Fifty-one percent of the Policy Council must be comprised of current Head Start parents. The remaining membership is comprised of community representatives.
