How to Apply
Full-time position benefits
Holiday Pay
Full year staff have 15 set holiday days every year; part year staff have 13.
Paid Time Off
Full Year employees, one week after one year, two weeks after two years, three weeks after five year anniversary of employment.
Retirement
401(k) saving plan. Kids Central will match up to three percent.
Health Coverage
Kids Central will pay 75 percent of insurance premiums.
Dental Coverage
Kids Central will pays 50 percent toward the single rate premium.
Social Security
Kids Central will pay its portion of social security for employees as mandated by federal and state laws.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Offered at no cost to the employee.
Life Insurance
$25,000 at no cost to the employee.
Education Assistance
Up to $1000 each year for pre-approved tuition cost.
Jury Duty
Up to 15 days with pay.
